For years, I have had a massage here with Karen. Karen is extremely a well-trained, experienced massage therapist. She does Pfrimmer-style massage as well as Swedish Bowen, and hot/cold stone massage. It is so relaxing! I completely trust her that she would release whatever tight muscle I have. I regularly play tennis, so I often get sore muscles. She can always release them. She can be gentle or deep, depending on your needs that day. She always finds where the soreness and tightness is. I absolutely love her massage!
