Christopher Capps, NP, received a bachelor of science degree in nursing from Indiana University Kokomo. He received a master of science degree in nursing from University of Southern Indiana. He has been with Community Health Network since 2014 as a registered nurse. He has a special interest in heart failure education and treatment.
