The staff was helpful. And lots of items to choose from. I got a sectional that is perfect for my needs. I like the 90 days same as cash. I plan on doing more shopping there.

I went in for a TV, picked out a 50" smart tv for 69.99/ mo. Got $100 off on the free spin. Very excited to be getting a new TV, since mine had blown the day prior of going into Aaron's. The salesperson taking care of me was nice, but seemed to be multi tasking like a crazy man while I looked over and seen 3 or 4 other employees not doing nearly as much as he was. That caused me to stay in the store for too long of a time. I filled out all the paperwork that was given to me. The manager took me into the back office behind the counter because we had a problem with references. I tried explaining thus is who I have, I am new to Kokomo because of serious past trauma with domestic violence and had to cut off everyone I knew. The manager was not understanding and was very rude. I had to give him names and numbers of people I could not have anything to do with anymore due to fear of my location being found by my ex husband. After we finished the manager rudely said "Now, was that so hard?" Yes, yes it was! So, I had asked him if I was good to go and ye told me YES. So I left, expecting to have my TV delivered in acouple hours like the manager had told me. About 5 hours later, I called Aarons because my TV was not delivered and I had recieved no phone call like I said I would. The man who answered was extremely rude to me while I was polite and told him "Hi, my name is (so and so), I was expecting to recieve my TV today?" He rudely replied "What TV?" And went on to pull my name up. "Your name is pulling up blank." How? I went in and did everything and was told by the manager I was good to go? Apparently, they forgot to have me sign a paper? For the length of time I was in there, I couldnt believe it. I was hoping to be able to make anarrangment and by signing whatever paper was left unsign when my TV was delivered. I was told the manager would give me a call back. It is now the next day and still have not recieceved any call from the manager. Why? I have decided to not do business with them at all. Highly disappointed.

Just for future reference don't ever get anything from Aarons. Worst customer service ever. They bring you products that are missing parts, then never bring you the part you need after weeks. They never return your phone calls. Argue with you about giving back your money when you decide it's better to just return the product. They have the most bizarre time windows and they take their sweet time and make you waste your entire day. So just do yourself a favor & do not go there. You'll regret it. Promise.

I rented a television through Aarons in January 2013. I went in February 15, 2013 to make a payment of $500.00. The TV was great and the service was good until about 2 weeks after I made the $500.00 payment I had the regional manager (glenn wallis) calling me and basically accusing me of coming and getting a refund for part of the payment. I informed them that I didn't do that and they said ok we will credit it back to you account. Then I get another phone call saying that they had a paper with my fiances signature signing for a refund and we said he didn't come in so can you please fax us or send us this paper that way we can file fraud charges against this person that forged his signature and took money from our account. When we brought up fraud charges he(the regional manager) then tells us oh we were wrong it wasnt his signature. so this tells me that they are willing to give money to anyone that comes in and says i need a refund from whoevers account. Also they never should have accused us of anything considering there are cameras in the store and all they have to do is go back at the time of the "supposed" refund and check whats on the camera to see that neither of us came in the store.The phone calls continue almost on a daily basis for about 2 weeks. And they keep telling me there is an internal theft issue going on but they can't figure out whos doing it and theres an investigation going on. In my opinion that was none of my business they should have just told me there was an issue with my account and it would be resolved. The whole matter was handled extremely poorly and very unprofessionally. So I call the store here in kokomo to get the corporate phone number so I can file a complaint. The guy who answers the phone (nick) tells me to hold on and i hear him and whoever else in the bakground laughing and he comes back on the phone and gives me a phone number. I call the number and it's a 1-800 number to an adult chat line. so I call him back and hes laughing and gives me the same phone number so I say this isn't a joke I want the corporate number. so he gives me another 1-800 number and when I call it the number just directs me to the store in kokomo again and and the same guy (nick) answers the phone. so by now Im getting extremely mad! finally I look up the corporate number on the internet and they first tell me I have to wait 24-48 hours for the regional manager to call me back. But I don't want to talk to him because he's been the one calling me for 2 weeks now. So finally they tell me that I can talk to the senior regional manager or the vp but I have to wait until monday for him to call me back (it was wednesday when I called) So now It's a waiting game for them to call me back. I would not recommend going to aarons or at least not going to the one in kokomo because they give you the run around and apparently don't care about customer satisfaction.
