I have lived here 6 months and the only negative I have found is- the apartment is not insulated very well, especially the living room. The living room patio door and entrance door need to be updated. The cold air comes in from under and around the entrance door. The living room is at least 5 degrees colder that the rest of the apartment. I have a bottom level apartment and the ceiling and walls are not well insulated either. I can hear my neighbors talking through them and, unfortunately, my upstairs neighbor comes in at midnight and exercises till about 2 a.m., then gets up at 5:30 a.m. and starts it all over again. They lift weights and when they put them down, it sounds like a cannon going off. They also use a treadmill or stair climber or something that sounds like their doing jumping jacks at 6 a.m. It shakes the whole apartment, so you can imagine what it sounds like on a Saturday night when they get romantic. They also don't know how to walk up or down stairs, they always run.

Other than this problem, the apartment is nice, roomy, and management keeps the grounds clean. They are also punctual about service calls and keeping the noise level down in the complex.
