I am not happy that when you call UPS you cannot get anyone to talk to you, just a recording. The recording is not answering my question.

I ordered a product on 12/28/15 from Walmart. It was shipped 12/29/15 UPS 12/29/15 Recived Orgin Gardena CA from 12/30 Departed 12/30, Los Angeles 12/31 in & out in same day, arrived Memphis TN 1/5, arrived Knoxville TN 1/7/16 and have been sitting there since. It says transferred to P.O.sitting I went to Post office they said, they never got it. It made it from the West coast 12/29- 1/7. And it has NOT been delivered to Kodak TN which is about 30-40 minutes away from 1/7/16-1/13 still sitting there. Where is my package??? As of 3:30 pm on 1/12/16 the package was not in their afternoon delivery.

I am guessing UPS is not very dependable as they use to be.
