If you like shirts with wrinkles in them, buttons cracked, shirts that have a strong chemical smell and itch when wearing, then I highly recommend this business, When I complained the owner was argumentative. This has happened the last several times I went there. The location is very convenient for me and I have had good experiences there in the past, but it has really gone down hill. I will not go back.

This is the best cleaner/laundry in Knoxville. They are friendly & do Excellent work. I even had a my leather jacket altered here. A SUPERB job!!!!
