Always fantastic. Can't beat their deals on oil changes - best rates in town. And they never "find" extra things wrong with my car like other oil change companies do. I went in a couple of weeks ago because my brakes were squeaking. After a free inspection, they said that the pads were just fine. They could only GAIN from my gullibility if they chose to prey upon that, but they didn't. That speaks volumes in my book. Would (and DO!) go back, and would recommend it to anyone.

Excellent - I go there for all car repairs (except they don't sell tires). They are great at repairs and maintenance and customer service and they're prices are reasonable. I've been going to them for several years and highly recommend them to everyone. Great experience - Every time.

I have been very happy with the services and professionalism of Precision for several years. This is a very different experience than I've had at other auto repair shops. As a woman, I've found that many auto repair shops treat me like a "dumb girl". The staff members at Precision treat me as an informed consumer; no condescension, no price-gouging, no "don't worry your pretty little head about it" attitude. They all take me seriously, explain what they propose to do, and keep in mind that I'm not made of money. Wes is particularly helpful. What a great crew!
