When I used to travel a lot many years ago, I used Paradise Taxi. They were wonderful! Always on time, courteous, and consistently a great experience. Now that I’m retired, I’ll always call Paradise should I need to.

People say that Paradise isn't that good. Well, they are not great, but it has been my experience that when you call 10 other taxis' in Knoxville and they don't answer their phones, that automatically gives them scores of 1. At least Paradise is 95 percent dependable.

Maria Moore is the office manager at Paradise, giving herself 5 stars.

The other 5-star rating is by the office manager's husband, Randall Moore - who works there as a dispatcher.
But he said one thing I can agree with: If you must use them, then you should request their very best driver David Miller.

I'm from New York I know about Taxi's.... this is one of the best I've ridden in in the south.... very nice drivers and CLEAN.... I highly recommend the driver David

Yesterday due to the ice storm they were running late. I was told it would be 45min to 1hr. I called an hour and half later and was told they were on the way. Even though they had my phone number they never called to tell me they couldn't make it.
Today I called and was told it would be 3hrs. Never showed up or called.
Though the company has excellent drivers dispatch seems to be under the impression that lying is good policy!

This is terrible service. My son got off work at Kroger's on Chapman Hwy at 11pm. Due to the football game I called at 8pm. They said they would get him. At 11:40pm they had not gotten there so I have called repeatedly and it is now 1:30am and they still are not there. The last time I called was a few minutes ago and they hung up on me! Definitely would not recommend this service to anyone!
