We also had an issue with getting our comforter cleaned! Took it on Tues and told it would be ready Thurs. Go in late Thurs and they have a hard time finding it and then say it wasn't ready. Go back Fri and charged $32 but when i get home I see water soluble makeup stains still on it and it's all winkled like it's been laying in a ball somewhere all week!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!

DO NOT USE THIS CLEANERS, TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE! This afternoon I had the extreme DISPLEASURE of associating with this establishment. I brought my comforter to this cleaners on Wednesday morning and was told it would be ready by Monday morning. Upon my arrival on Monday the employee could not find my comforter. When I finally located the comforter myself (under a pile of random dirty clothes in a cardboard box) it had not even been washed. I was told to return at the end of the day to pick it up. When I returned the man who was working was rude and refused to give me a discount. When I paid and brought the comforter home it was still damp. Overall, horrible customer service, complete disregard for time, and a terrible experience. I will never return to New Tran's cleaners, and I discourage anyone else from giving them business as well.
