I've had my vehicles in here for a couple of different reasons over the last year. A little over a month ago, I had to have brakes and new rotors put on my Toyota truck. A week or so later, I noticed as I backed up a high pitch squeal, mainly after my truck was parked for some time. My first thought was due to new brakes they just needed to get seated together and would be fine. However the noise continued until I finally took it in Yesterday.

I dropped it off and left it there for the day and receive a call later in the day. They had not been able to get it to replicate, since I had to drive it there. I suggested they keep it overnight and back it up first thing in the morning.

I received a call around 2 PM on Saturday at my truck was ready to be picked up. They had put new rotors and new pads on my truck. The shocking part was when they told me there was no additional charge. Each time I have had my vehicle there, they have demonstrated nothing less than complete honesty and integrity in dealing with me. I would recommend this auto shop to anyone needing auto repairs in the Knoxville area. The prices are reasonable, the work is great, but the service is outstanding!

Very honest, helpful, and good work. Have new a loaner car so ididn't have to sit and wait.

Seemingly Not very honest.. lead tech swindled a couple hundred dollars from my aging parents.. came to there home when know one was there to help them make a sound business decision.. Said they couldn't take credit card and no receipt untill he collected two hundred dollars.. Then he never showed up with part and there where several appointments made between him and my parents..

Had my Jetta tuned up and oil changed, they got me in quick and the car runs like a top now!

The folks at Mr Cool know what they are doing and get it right. If there is a problem just tell them and they will do everything to fix it. I don't go anywhere else.

Mr. Cool has always been fair dealing with me. As a parent of 2 small childern funds are sometimes tight. We all understand that car problems are urgent and unplaned expensives. Mr. Cool has always worked it out for me to get back on the road. The work they perform is very porfessional. Terrible customer service, dishonest service, bad language and behavior from the mechanics. I will NEVER do business with them again. The employees are rude , I had to wait 2 hours to even be acknowldged, I was lied to and misled about my service, and over heard one of the mechanics making a comment about my looks after they were cussing eachother out using disgusting, offensive language. Appaulling!

Took my car into Mr. Cool because i noticed my thermostat was sticking and needed to have it replaced.. My car had not be leaking any fluids but after I took my car in the Mechanic came in and told me my car was leaking and more serious than before. That's when I left with my car and took to another garage, and there I found out there were holes punched into my radiator hose and then it started leaking. Not before I took it to Mr. Cool but after.

James and Pamela are great people, they have been taking care of my truck and two cars for many years. Mr. Cool is also very good at AC repair, they helped me get my GMC Jimmy running smooth and cool for the summer months. Bobby G.

My car broke down on Friday evening with a wasted fuel pump and they had me back on the road the next afternoon. They work and you get back to work. I always been pleased with Mr. Cool's service and timeliness.
