I don't even know where to start with this man. He scheduled an early morning appointment after I verified twice with him, then proceeded to tell us he would never make an appointment at that time. I had to wait three hours for him to arrive, and he was ten minutes late. He did nothing for my issue, and also refused to do LOA paperwork and a doctors note. He told me I'd have to see someone else to have my issue remedied. He spent ample time making sure he got paid though. Even verifying my insurance after the assistant did. Avoid this practice at all cost!

THIS IS NO DR.OFFICE.NEVER USE DR RIVERS.HE JUST TAKES YOUR MONEY.HE HAS NO INTEREST IN HELPING YOU.I SHOULD WALKED OUT WHEN I GOT THERE.SOMETHING TOLD ME TO,BUT I DID NOT.I SHOULD HAVE.THIS IS THE WORSE OFFICE THAT I HAVE EVER SEEN.DON'T WAST YOUR MONEY OR TIME WITH HIM.GO TO A GOOD DR.I WISHED SOMEONE HAD TOLD ME.I PAID HIM FOR NOTHING.
