My husband and I recently purchase a "fixer upper" and decided to do most of the remodeling ourselves. When we pulled up our carpet we found that there had been some water damage in the past. We wanted to keep the original hardwood in the house but did not know if it was salvagable. We went into Heartland Hardwood and spoke with Kevin and he came out to our house and actually looked at the floor. He suggested replacing the damaged part with new flooring and then sanding and staining it all to match. We decided to go ahead and repair the damages instead of replacing the whole floor as suggested by someone else. We are very happy with our floor, the repair was done beautifully, and there are no signs of the damage left. It all looks like a brand new floor. I thank Heartland for being up front and honest with me which helped save us money for the additional repairs needed on our house. I would definately recommend them to other people in market for hardwood flooring.
