I have been doing business with Harvey's in Lafollette for about 5 years. I have always made my payments the sameway. I pay weekly and sometimes I won't pay a week but I have always caught my bill up the following week. I have never been more than a week late and its never been a problem until now. The past month its been nothing but problems since a new manager has taken over. He has been rood to my wife and I and has sent workers to my house to collect payment for being 2 days late. You would think someone who is a repeat custormer would be treared better. When I get my bill paid off I will not be back and I suggest to everyone don't do buisness at the Lafollette location.

Harveys rentals lies on Ball Camp RD in a tidy brick building. It's appears to be a well built and adequate space, composed of brick and glass and has well marked parking spaces. The traffic there, when I've driven by is sparse or empty and rarely has much traffic. It is a nice little location and the decreasing business is a benefit for all who visit there. I don't believe they rent much or for that matter anything but it seems that all is well there at the store. We in the neighborhood look forward to a long and boring relationship.
