I will never use this Flower shop again.



While it was last minute to place an order for a funeral service the day prior, we were told it would be delivered by 11:30AM the next day for a service starting at 1:00PM. I had to call back multiple times (line was busy for 5 minutes straight) to only be informed my flowers would be delivered in 5 minutes. Instead it turned out to be 15-20 minutes before they arrived meaning they were still sitting at the shop and if I hadn't have called they would have never been delivered.



Very disappointing, do not recommend!

We have used this florist for every occasion and for years. Three generations of my family to be specific and have always ALWAYS had great service and AMAZING flowers!
