I like the place in general. very clean and comfortable. but the employees are not as professional. I went in for high lights I was there at 10am the very nice lady adv me the other was arriving right away, the stylist was there at 10:30 and when finally was to do the hair she place the hair cover and pitch me because was not able to tie the string, then she try to pull my hair out for the highlights and starts to poke my head, I notify her of the pocking and she rudely answered back stating she was not doing it. It was very disappointing.
