I just dropped off a friend at the bus station from the outside its very run down and trashy looking.. my friend and I walk in to use the restroom before I bought his ticket and there where 3 lady's standing at the counter I walk towards the bathroom and one yells excuse me where are you going..I turned around and told her I was using the restroom and buying a ticket she then said we can't just let anyone walk in here..I said excuse me I wouldn't just walk in here.. really people are straight up rude..

Those people that work there are thieves and liars they're always hiring new employees. So many customers bags go missing from there yet no one is investigating it. They also have very nasty customer service skills. The cops there are racist so good look getting any help from them.
