Big rip off! Took a tv in a month ago. He said it was the power supply. Took tv back again to get it replaced. He said it was something else and too expensive to be worth fixing. We are out $35.00 twice. I would give a half star if possible.

they had my tv for over two months and kept making excuses and just always needed just one more week because they were waiting on a part. They finally said they could not get the part for a two year old TV the last time I called. Going to go pick it up and take it to someone more reputable.

DO not use this person. They are using our number. Dailey Resources INC and we are not them.

DON"T EVER TAKE A TV TO THIS GUY BIG RIP OFF !!!!! CHARGED over $400 to replace a bulb in a rear projection TV. I took it to another shop and the bulb was not even in the machine!!!! Then Wanted to charge me another 1200.00 for a board...

I took in an older Tape Deck in 2005 for repair. went back several times to check on it. Finally after a year I went ot just try my luck somewhere else. Owner asked me to be patient with him. He wanted to repair it as it was a Christmas present from 1970 from my father. SO, it is 2012 and I am running out of patience. Owner refuses to return calls,...I finally got someone to talk to me one day recently, and was actually told..." This place is not a storage company"...."we got rid of it I guess" This person refused to give me their name as we talked.



I had other services performed there in past and this is why I placed so much trust in them/him....before this situation,...so beware, even if you had one good experience.



Keep this in mind when selecting your vender to trust with your valuable product. Are you really going to get quality service? Are you even going to get it back? I reported this to BBB and they refused to even respond. If anyone reading this purchased a Sony TC-355 from this business in past 6 years then you are using my tape deck that was "stolen" depending on how you look at it. Hope it is serving someone well.

Absolutely horrible experience. I was quoted a price, did price comparisons, and they beat everyone in town. When they got here, I was told a different price, higher than the original. Every time I turned around they kept adding on more fees and prices (ending up over 2x the original quoted price) and wound up higher than I would have agreed to pay in the first place.

I recently started shopping around town to get my windows tinted on my car. I stopped in a couple of weeks ago and was given the quote,,,They were $30-$40 cheaper than anywhere in town. I was very excited so I had their tinter go ahead and do the work. He was very professional, thorough, and offered a lifetime warranty with his work. When they brought my car out of the garage it looked GREAT! I have to say this was my best experience with customer service in a long time. LOW PRICES, GREAT WORK! Recommeded to everyone!

I had a great experience!! They were very helpful with all my needs. They did a excellent job. I would recommend them to anyone. If your looking for this kind work this is the place to go. The service is friendly and the rates are great!!

Friendly. Pleasant atmosphere with sofas for sitting. I had to bring vehicle back repeatedly for sensor problems on a high end security system. They were willing to replace the parts necessary and always were more than pleasant and willing to continue to search for the problem.

This business was great in repairi[ng the display on my car radio. After the repair, the display was still dim and they placed with a higher wattage bulb at no charge with a smile on the manager's face. He really wanted to please. I would recommecd to anyone

AMAZING BUSINESS! They were very helpful and nice. Great hospitality and a nice warm welcome is given when you first walk into the store. Also, great Service, rates, and quality! I would recommend it to ANYONE!

Way way over priced ! I called and ask how much a amp and door speaker installed told here I had all stuff install it all wires and stuff She said like 100 bucks sounded pretty good. Well when the car was done I went to go pay lady she like $240 bucks I was so mad I was like what? I sayed you said it was going to be 100 something she went on and on excuse after excuse bull but what could I do? They new it that there was nothing you could do . Install was sloppy as heck they drilled screws threw my door panels , left wire hanging , did not tune amp right.



Bottom line don't go there for that price could went to sound factory or Best Buy and not had my car damaged and had amp installed right the first time!
