TERRIBLE! Bought a dryer, would not even turn on. Took it back and they "fixed" it. Brought it home still didn't work. Took it back again and exchanged for another dryer that does not heat, and was FULL of lint and filth. They don't even bother to clean the item and make sure it works before putting out to sell. No refunds, buyer beware!

Very bad customer service.

I was looking for a refrigerator and I found great prices here. They have a big selection compared to other used stores I went to in Knoxville and their prices were lower than the others. I bought a side by side and they delivered it the same day. It is working great. The people that run the place are super nice and helpful. They also have a really nice selection of furniture. I was surprised that the furniture was good quality and some of it even new. I will come back to this store first because their prices are very reasonable. Thanks Buy Right Furniture and Appliance.
