Bought a adjustable bed frame and the sales person told us we would get a set of sheets free but they were out and has soon has they came in he would ship them to us. We have been waiting three months so the wife called him and he said they just arrived, and we could stop by and get it. My wife told him he said he was going to ship them to us and he said oh thast right, they will be there Friday. Friday came and i am waiting on a package called after the mailman went to find out which way they had shipped it. The lady said she would get the salesman to call me and no reply by four o'clock so i called her back and she said she had told him but she had also found out that the order still had not come in. Nobody knows anything and they lie to get you to get off there backs and i mean the salesman. Honestly if someone would just tell the truth it would be much easier. We bought three items there but no more.

would be nice if you had a search box on your site would make it easier to find what you want and to give prices...i would not refer this site to family and friends

Not a very friendly place. I got stared down as soon as I walked in the door, but no one spoke to me.

Great experience. I bought a Pure Latex Bliss mattress and I love it. I don't have back pain anymore it's helped me to sleep better and wake up feeling great! I would recommend The Bed Store to anyone who's looking for a good mattress at a good price.

Will not return a pillow that has never been open out of the original plastic and box. All the sales people I talked to just say its store policy. I can understand if someone had slept on it but not one that has not even been taken out of the box. Policies are meant to be changed. The sales lady never told me that it could not be returned and she knew it was a gift. Very UN SAT!!!!!
