An order was placed for delivery, instead of providing a total for the delivery, they simply said "they'll be there" and hung up.

When the driver arrived, the total came to an outrageously large sum. We grit our teeth and agreed to pay, however, the card reader on the delivery driver's phone [most likely a personal phone, showing a heavy lack of professionalism] declined the card. The driver, confused, took the order back.

Hours later, when checking our bank account, the full price of the delivery was charged. Confused, we called the shop.

The manager was INCREDIBLY rude and disrespect full, making insinuations, assumptions, and even calling names. He informed us that we were not only "going to pay for the meal" but that "The police have been contacted" and that "the store owner will be making a report with the prosecutor on monday."



In short, they dont tell you how much their pizza is until it gets to you, then they steal your money and deny you dinner, then accuse you of not paying and take you to court.

To be fair, maybe it's just the manager, in which case he needs to be promptly fired, especially if he's going to call customers names and attempt extortion along with other threats.

At any rate, this is no business worth anyone's time or headache, avoid them like the black plague.
