the staff is always very friendly, especially to my 3 yr old. food is always good. thumbs up!

I have been to several other Ihop's and this one by far is the best. It was a Super bowl Sunday around 10:30am and very busy. We had a party of 10 and only waited about 20mins. Our server was named Brittany. She seemed a little overwhelmed by us at first but she handled all of needs very quickly and professionally. Our food was prepared quick and my omelet was perfect.

WE went as a group on a Saturday morning at 11:00 am March 22, 2008. It was 13 of us total. We callled ahead so that we would be expected. We even wrote down our orders and had them ready to give to the waiter. We even assisted the waiter with serving us, by giving the drinks andd the orders as they arrived to the table to the correct individual in our party. When asked if we could get fries that were not cold the waiter said sure and said he would bring back fresh fries. The waiter returned with cold fries. At this point we just sent the order back and decided we would not eat it. We were never approached by a manager and to be honest it appeared that the manager tried to avoid us all togetehr. The entire party left the restuarant and two of us stayed back to pay for everyone separately and it took the waiter thirty miutes to deal with us. Not once did anyone apologize. COLD FOOD AND RUDE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was kind of leary at first about I HOp because I had some bad experiences with I HOP before in other areas in Raleigh, but my food was delicious the waitress was there and adherent to my needs. It was great
