After using a few different service providers for our heat pumps-A/C units (we have three!), and being very disappointed in services from other (some big named) companies, we called Crabtree Services. Bobby Crabtree is very nice to talk with and always provides helpful information. HIs son CJ is who actually comes to the house, and he is a very hardworking, knowledgeable, and courteous young man. My husband and I are so relieved to have finally found a service provider for our units that we can trust and respect....the only downside is it took us so long the have Crabtree Services become our "go-to" AC people. Thank you Bobby & CJ for outstanding service!

The service that we received from Crabtree services was first class. The technician was helpful and willing to answer any questions that we had - they were neat and clean - they were on time and called later to make sure we were happy with the services- a company that is up to date - with old fashion customer service

I noticed my ac was blowing out warm air and had Crabtree services come to check it out. Well long story short i have had my system 10 years and never had it serviced. The tech CJ gave my system a tlc treatment and also advised having a bi-annual service done to keep the system running top notch. Not only did take longer due to the neglect on mmy part he was very resonable on the cost. He took the time to go over what he was doing and why it needed it. i had my temp in the house set on 67 and it was keeping us cool and know i have my temp set at 72 and it's colder in the house than before his service. Bobby Crabtree and his sons were very courteous and responded quickly when coming to fix our AC. Parts had to be ordered and he picked them up as soon as they were delivered and came straight to our house to finish fixing our unit. I would definitely recommend them to others who need AC repair.
