Today is September 20, 2017 Mike Chambers number 4957 responded to my call for help I'm 70 years old my entire life I've heard the rotor router jingle. My problem was my master bathroom toilet ���� it was getting worse,it started out with back ups stoppages, smell of methane and then the air bubbles large ones I couldn't put it off anymore I called rotor router and I asked to have the camera and then also to have the tech clear the stoppage I had gotten some quotes from other plumbers some don't use the camera some do I got the prices that they would charge I was scared but I knew I had to solve this problem. The best thing that happened was Michael Chambers ID number 4957 what talent what charisma would trust worthiness he has his knowledge and his attitude are the best I'm 70 years old and I fell in love with this young man what a professional if all businesses had more people like Mike this would be a different world if ever I have a problem with plumbing in this house I will be calling Roto-Rooter for Mike in fact I already called someone who is having problems and I referred him to Roto-Rooter already and I'm going to give them a copy of my invoice so he could see everything that was done and if he insist on having Mike I'll be calling Roto-Rooter to have Mike go to them also I'm to the moon happy with the service thank you Roto router for having the wherewithal and the brains to hire someone like Mike thank you ����

I was in denial about my slow draining kitchen sink for about 6 months or more. The gurgling sounds when the dishwasher ran and the water shooting out of the left sink when I ran the disposal on the right side was not enough to get me to call a plumber. My father told me to call Roto-Rooter months ago, but I just lived with the problem. Then the kitchen sink was barely draining and sometimes a sewer-type smell would waft up from the left sink. OK, that was it, I called in the morning and I had a plumber at my door within a few hours. His name was Dave (#4336). He was a friendly guy and assessed the situation. I decided to have him look at some other minor issues around the house and he was very professional and courteous. He worked hard for about 2 hours and the price was very fair. $383 for snaking the kitchen sink and the main drain, he also replaced some old parts in one toilet. He highly recommended having our septic pumped which will be my next move. I highly recommend using Roto-Rooter. Professional, Fair prices and quick service.

I would just like to say that I could not have had better,honest service! I appreciate the the short wait between the request of service and the arrival of a tech. I would aslo like to say I had a very wonderful tech-and it shows that he enjoys what he does.

My parents used Roto-Rooters many times in the South Florida Area as I was growing up. Here in Kissimmee, FL; My wife and I could not get our shower handle to turn and I did not know what to do first but after a similar quick fix last time 5 years ago tried and went to a nearby shop where I was told because its a Molen you have to call a Plumber and they also recomment Roto-Rooters so I called hoping they would come tommorrow but they not only came today just 1 hour later and this guy Aaron spent a good long time with us and did such an excellent job that my wife and I are back to normal living again. Roto-Rooter is an excellent company and has by far the best customer service as if it is a Disney Company. I recommend them as my first choice only.
