jessi took a $600.00 deposit to cater and decorate my daughters wedding knowing well her restaurant catering,lounge was down the drain,she made me meet her at rent land to see table setting so i would not discover her place closed down.you are a liar and thief jessi vidal and i'll see you in court

Made a specialty cake for me and had it delivered to a restaurant, so I never got to see it until it was being brought out by the waiters. While the cake itself was DELICIOUS, Jessie hadn't actually added some of the details we'd talked about (and that I'd paid for). And, in addition to that, she made a fondant character for me... which was slightly deformed. I wish I'd been told that she didn't have a lot of experience with this kind of thing before, but again, the cake was delicious, so all should have been fine, right?



However, I've since asked for a simple explanation of why I paid an extra $30 for a detail that wasn't added, but haven't received any sort of communication back in weeks. That sort of lack of professionalism, I find sad. I would have promoted her otherwise, but what sort of customer service is that?
