My Appointment was 7/10/2018 @ 9:00 am. My husband and I arrived, I signed in, told them that I was going a cross the street to the other building, I had to get paper work from a Doctor's office that was waiting for me. That took all but 5 minutes. when we got back I went to the window and told them I was back,I ask them if they called me they said yes and gave me the paper work to sign. When I was done I took it back up, paid. In a half hour 45 minutes I was called back. The whole time I was there everyone was nice. When I was in recovery they brought my husband back and then I got dressed and within 10-15 minutes we were able to leave.

My appointment was for 10:45 and I was fasting since last night. I waited in the lobby for 3.5 hours.This office overbooked their appointments and the waiting area is boring watching the same commercials.

I arrived early in the morning and other patients that arrived after me with a later appointment than me were seen before me after I spoke to the fake blonde receptionist. It took them 1 hour to register me even knowing that I am a diabetic.that being said, after the procedure they didn't escort me or help me up from the recliner to the door that leads to the parking area. Nurse Sheri Fry son just said, when you are ready you can just leave, as if I were a dog. I'm looking to change gastroenterologist group now, I believe after paying so much I deserve better treatment.
