Exceptional office! Promptly greeted by the front office staff and then was called back to meet with the doctor. He was incredibly knowledgeable and compassionate with how I was dealing with my injury. He took the time to listen to what I had to say and I felt like I was included in the decision making process. Highly recommended!

This is the worst clinic I have ever been to. The therapists are good and they helped me a lot but their billing department is pathetic. They keep badgering you with payment reminders even 9 months after you have fully paid them and threaten to send your account to a collection agency. To make it worse, there is no phone number for their billing department, only an email ID!!!It's very unfortunate that a good place like this has such pathetic customer service when it comes to billing. I am still dealing with them to get it resolved and might need to go for therapy again by the end of it! Will never recommend this place to anyone else.

If you need physical therapy I HIGHLY reccommend Washington Physical Therapy. I was there for an injury that I felt would never get better and I improved greatly with the help of the wonderful therapists. They listen to what you have to say and help you to get better step by step. The front desk staff is amazing and really friendly, I always see them smiling and laughing! It is a really encouraging place to go and with that positive atmosphere and helpful staff you will feel better! I LOVE IT!
