Not only is the lady that answers the phone rude, but her one word answers clearly show her frustration in having to do business with retail customers. It is apparent that when you call, you are a burden. For those of you looking to entertain yourselves, phone and keep asking questions to see how short her answers can get. I personally asked 3 questions...1) is there a minimum, 2) price per gallon, 3) any flexibility.... My sentences were 3 complete sentences, her replies were one word answers and then dial tone. Yep, she hung up with not an speck of courtesy. If this was the first impression, it is also their last. Sheesh!!
