I have nothing to complain about here. It was full of nothing but awesome and friendly people. The massage therapist, did everything to ensure that my massage was enjoyable. I will be back for sure!

I was there yesterday and I one of the front desk staff is not only rude, but does not even remotely try to work with people. I was 15 minutes late and I called to let them know I was going to be and even tried to reschedule and was told I still had to pay half of the cost of the one hour session. I got there 15 minutes after my appointment time and only got 30 minutes of my time and still had to pay for the hour. Please shop around or go to a location with good reviews.

Do NOT USE!!! Employees do not honor appointments set. Three different appointments made, three times employees were no show for work. Massage envy STILL CHARGED and DOUBLE Charged when bank put stop payment and dispute claim. Owner reports it is OUR problem that HIS EMPLOYEES are no show for work! Manager NEVER RETURNS CALLS. Last massage was EXTREMELY PAINFUL and ended up going to doctor afterwards!
