The absolute worst medical practice that I have ever known. Will never come back.
Came to Dr. Amy Wood out of concern with skin cancer. On 5/16/2023, Dr. Amy Wood removed skin tissue and sent it to be biopsied. She said that it would take about ten days to get the results back. Candace called from Dr. Wood’s office on 5/19/2023 and left a voice message asking that I return the call so that she could give me the results of the biopsy. Very alarming. Typically, results only come back in three days when something serious is involved. I called at least a dozen times, but only a machine answers and gives many options. I left voice messages for “The “Medical Assistant,” but did not hear back. I left a voice message to “Sarah” the house manager and she did not return my call.
