Foster Elementary School has been operational for more than 20 years. Foster Elementary offers educational and extracurricular programs for children from grades kindergarten through five. Located Humble, Texas, the school features a state-of-the-art computer laboratory, library and media center and a large playground. Its curriculum includes mathematics, English, science, foreign languages, history, geography, economics, physical and health education, music, and arts and crafts. Its extracurricular activities include knowledge bowl, scholastic scrimmage, state fine arts and academic competitions, band and choir concerts, National Honor Society, spelling bee, and musical plays.
