I had already lined up 2 companies to come and give me a quote on fixing our sprinkler system and some minor landscaping. I called ELC to get my third quote and they informed me that they do not give quotes. I have never heard of such a thing. She said, at a minimum, it will cost $90 to have someone come to your house to speak with you about what you would like to have done. I immediately said no thank you - $90 for nothing, that does not sound right to me.
