Went for an oil change at this location. My girlfriend was driving and asked for an oil change. They told us we had to purchase synthetic oil even though they have been putting conventional 5w30 in it for the past 2 years. I argued and the guy said we had to sign a waiver releasing them of liability in case our engine blew up or the warranty was void for not using synthetic. I refused to sign and they would not close the hood of the car or open the bay door until we did! Please...do not go here or any Valvoline for that matter! I showed the man our owners manual and what oil is recommended but he wouldn't back down. The difference in price is only 20 or 30 bucks but its the fact that he lied to get us to spend more $. Do not get your oil changed here, they will try to sell you blinker fluid and tune up your flux capacitor if you do!

The price of their services was ridiculous. I had my own oil/oil filter (but no way to change my oil because of the recent snow fall) and I had to pay $30 for the change, instead of $35 for a change without my own supplies. (I would have kept my own supplies if I knew that it was only a few dollars different in the price)!

I would have been able to over look all of that if the employees had not been rude to me by making comments about my car sounding like "s***" (which at 199k miles, it's not gonig to purrr anyways) I do not recommend this place to anyone. Extremely unprofessional.
