So The management at Kmart let some conman set up shop in there Kingston Pa. store. He's pretending to be giving you a deal, it's a straight out street hustle. He gets you raising your hand on a fake survey to get people to participate. He offers a huge amount of supposedly valuable jewlery, claims it's 14 some unheard of word, then (karat) what a scam. I can't believe KMART Corperate would allow this!! How can you let someone do that to your loyal customers. I really can't believe it. If it was even halfway good jewlery I wouldn't waist my time. But this area is full of elderly people who live on a very tight budget. Their the people we need to protect from predators line this. You get no receipt for your purchase they give you a bag only after you pay and as soon as you get to the paperwork it states no refunds!! Wow!! I hope the management at the Kingston Pa. store got enough of a kickback to let there neighbors get ripped off on Christmas.
