I hate this branch of this chain store, it's disorganized, the customer service is the worst, it's never got anything in stock, they don't know their own sales flyer, the workers know nothing about art or even crafting, the management team needs to learn how to be effective at customer service and not yell at customers or talk down to them. They also need to hire people to teach a variety of art type classes because they don't offer enough, I am tired of driving to Poughkeepsie to go to their competitors who have a clean organized store with friendly customer service and honor their sales prices, and who have a huge way way way huger selection of supplies at much better prices.... I may not agree with H. Lobby's belief system, but I appreciate their ability to supply quality artist materials at affordable prices and do it in a kind, knowledgable way, H Lobby executives need to open a store on this side of the river ASAP!
