I had to wait a month to even get appointment. Dealing with intense migrains daily. The 25th was my date I went and waited 3 hours to completely finish everything. Was then told my glasses would be in, in a week. A week came and nothing so I called they told me 2 more days so I waited. 2 days later nothing so I call again this time I get told their still on order. It has been almost a month now and I'm still waiting for my glasses. I am nearsited, I need them for driving. This is highly unprofessional

They canceled my first appointment. My new appointment was scheduled for this Thursday, but they called earlier to say the appointment was actually today, and I missed it. Then they said the next available appointment is in June. If you're thinking of going here, don't. Find a place that doesn't waste your time.

Dr. Guarente was wonderful, courteous and professional. The greeting smile from Debbie when I entered was warm and friendly and the office staff was terrific. However, a big kudos to Nancy for getting my color contacts in 3 days. She went out of her way so I could have them in time for my daughters wedding the following day. I would highly recommend Dr. Guarente and his office for any ophthalmology needs.
