BPTA met/exceeded our expectations in almost all areas of the nuero-psych evaluation process. Staff and Doctor's were extremely communicative, they worked above any beyond to appeal a denial of benefits by our insurance company, and provided an excellent summary. It is clear that their methods allowed them to understand our child and make recommendations that will help them. The only part of the process that could be improved on is the amount of time taken to reach this point. However, given the nature of this work, we would MUCH prefer detailed/thoughtful/accurate versus timely.

I was extremely satisfied with the wait and timing of all appointments from intake through receiving results. All staff interactions were friendly and professional. All expectations were exceeded and I would highly recommend.

Jennifer Benger gave me my results via zoom and informed me on the findings. She was extremely helpful and contributed to this experience greatly in a positive way. All the information I was given was incredibly resourceful and helpful for me and my future. These results talked about with me and given to me helped give me a full understanding of what steps I will be taking next for myself.

I originally wanted to verify my ADHD diagnosis while checking for any other possible illnesses. Every step of the way I felt comfortable and like my concerns were heard. The results were back sooner than expected, and while the diagnosis wasn't exactly what I was expecting it to be, it did give me my answers I was hoping to find.

Our appointment with J. Benger was very helpful, thorough and productive. She gave us some great tips and resources. She talked to us straight, which we greatly appreciated. The only reason we gave the score of a 9 is that the portal is not always easy to access or utilize. Additionally, a task was forgotten about at the time of our onsite testing and we had to follow up on it.

I had a wonderful experience with BPTA - my evaluation was smooth and the evaluator (Lacey) was great at keeping me informed about what we were doing and why. I also found my results call with Jennifer Benger to be informative - I liked that it was more of a discussion and there were opportunities for me to ask questions. She was great at checking in to make sure that the evaluation was making sense to me as we discussed my results. She also gave me great recommendations for additional services that would be beneficial for me.
