I was checking out there was a guy at the front desk nam tag said Jeff......he was very rude impolite very distrespectful.....the rooms and hotel service was great stayed 3 days...I will stay again but it want be at the one on lynn garden kingsport tenn. I would advise no one to go there to deal with that jerk at the desk thank you!
