Bought a chainsaw from here and it didnt work. Went to do an exchange and the guy at the desk got mad. He caught an attitude because it took us 20 times to try and start the machine. So we got mad and wanted a refund. The guy got huffy sauing we had an attitude. A

If you need a repair go somewhere else!

I have a Stihl chainsaw that runs great, but a few years ago I had to have the handle replaced by the dealer due to a factory defect. When the dealership I purchased the saw from replaced the handle they used they wrong sized screws which eventually punctured the oil well. Needless to say I did not want to take the saw back since they caused the issue in the first place. I took the saw to Premier to have it repaired since I was planning to buy a new Kubota tractor in the spring and I wanted to establish a relationship with the dealership and thought this would be a great opportunity. Boy was I wrong!They didn't want to do the repair and their customer service was so difficult to deal with that the Stihl corporate office made them send the saw to them for the repair and said that they will not be sending it back through them when its repaired.
