A staff member, who is an older woman, walks around barefoot on the floor that children crawl around on. She wears so much perfume you will smell it for days. I have seen her lay a 2month old infant down in the middle of the floor that toddlers are crawling/playing/running around on, while no other staff members are around to supervise. Another young staff member openly dislikes my child (who is potty training) and won't take her to the potty or change her pull-up as necessary. If it weren't for those two staff members this would be a wonderful daycare. But, the owner she accept responsibility and terminate or discipline the staff members when these things are brought to her attention. Instead, she always has an explanation or goes on the defensive.
