never dissatisfied customer

We have used this company for years, the staff is always good to work with & will meet out sch with no problem! ATC says they will be there at a window of time & they have always kept their word. We personally have never been over charged for the quality of work done by them. Good company to work with.

Dont EVER use this company!!!!!

Used this company for service for our geothermal system, not only did they not fix the problem, but charged an OUTRAGEOUS service fee! Office staff rude! I will NEVER use them again! If you live in the TriCities TN area save yourself alot of headache and choose another company!!

This company has wonderful office staff & techs in the field. This company is reliable and does not have outrageouse rates. I tell all my friends and family that lives in this area to contact ATC Cooling & Heating!!!! Carrier brand or other, they will fix you right up!
