Dolphin towing has had my car for 3 1/2 months. They wouldn't start fixn it til I paid 3its up front. COOL! They asked when I wanted it done. I said 1st week of Feb. It us now Feb 21, my car hasn't been seen at all. I'm payn insurance & missing days at work cause they couldn't keep their end of the bargain. I've called profusely since the last week of Jan. Til now to no avail. I got the run@ my calls weren't answered anymore, they told me they'd get back to me and they haven't. I jus now talked to the owner who has been on vacation all this time, & he got upset with me because I asked 4 a refund and my car towed back. How is it my fault u didn't do the job u were paid to do. If u jus want to leave it car there that's the place, if u want it car serviced or worked on, go to some1 else. This company is extremely unprofessional, & can't comprehend the urgency of patrons. I feel they lack the compassion for thus type of career. I've actually found a better & much cheaper guy. I will not refer this company to any1, I shall refer them to a better & more professional mechanic. Go to dolphin at it own risk.

My car had suddenly broke down and I needed a tow truck to get it across town the the shop. I must have called 15-20 shops from Camden to Glynn county. After hearing "our truck is broke down" and "that is too far," I was relieved to hear the woman on the phone tell me she would send someone right out! Dolphin auto beat every other price and showed up ASAP!!!
