Could not ask for better service. When they were able to come out (weather delays) they diagnosed the issue and promptly corrected it. Couldn't ask for a more considerate professional group. Highly recommend using this group for your septic needs

You may be looking for someone "REPUTABLE" to hire for your septic tank work...Well, THIS is the correct Rhea you're looking for. I made a mistake by calling another person with a similar name and it was a horrible experience. This company and Mr. Trent Rhea are 100% Honest and loyal and I would highly recommend them for any septic tank problem. I cannot stress enough to make sure you call TRENT RHEA'S SEPTIC SERVICE and not some other fly-by-night company. You get what you pay for and I got total satisfaction form Trent. He was kind, professional and knowledgable and not once did he make me feel as if I'd made another bad decision in who I'd called to do the repairs. He worked for hours in the pouring rain and left the ground looking better than when he arrived. I was fortunate that the county inspector just happened to come by while he was there and he agreed with me that the first company I had to do the same job had "let me down" and did not do a proper job at all. The first company that came was very dishonest, but Trent Rhea is a very honest man, you can tell by the way he talks to you. I would not hesitate to use Trent's company again and I highly recommend him to anyone needing such service. Thank you for taking time to read this review. I had a septic problem and called four different septic companies to come and survey the situation and give me quotes. Each company, except Trent Rhea 's Septic Service, briefly looked around and told me I needed a whole new septic system which would cost me thousands of dollars. Trent Rhea was the only one who actually very carefully surveyed my yard, and even dug up small, key areas with his hands to accurately assess what the problem was, and then suggested a plan to fix my system for thousands less. Of course, I hired him, and my septic system has never worked this well for all of the ten years I have lived here! Trent Rhea is honest, incredibly knowledgeable, prompt and reliable and a true expert in his field. I just wish every one who came out to do work on my house had as much expertise and integrity as Trent Rhea.
