I paid $250 for Windows upgrade, and asked that SD card reader would work. It did not. They put in a "shortcut" that worked in their shop. When I got home it did not work. This happened four times & now I have four "shortcuts" that do not work. They said it was fixed & wanted more money. I said no and they told me to leave and don't come back.Ken Carter yelled at me for things that did not happen.He was very confused. It still was not fixed. I took it to "Computer Nerds" and they fixed it in two minutes, no charge! He said it was loose wires inside.I would not recommend Mr Computer to anybody. I lost more than ten days & $50 in gas going back at least four times. Now I have no recourse as they did not give me a receipt. I paid cash.
