Have had the same watch there 3x. It worked the first time for 3 months and then started to have the same problem again. They charged me for a new battery and then said the old battery was fine and that the problem was the movement. They never call. You have to call them. They have had my watch now since 7/1 and its still not fixed. Don't know how they are so busy there.

Do not go here. They know absolutely nothing about jewelry, and they may do serious damage! I took my sapphire engagement ring to them to tighten the prongs because the gem was loose. When they gave me the ring back, it had some junk on the top of it. They tried to clean it off, and came back saying the stone was chipped, and questioned if it was even a sapphire (it's a very nice sapphire). They said they didn't do it, and it must've been like that before I dropped it off. They said they would RE-CUT the stone to make it right. We immediately took the ring from them so they wouldn't do more damage, and went to our trusted jeweler. He said the gem wasn't chipped at all, but rather there was SUPER GLUE on it. That's one way to tighten it. He cleaned it and all was fine. They almost completely ruined my ring! Amateurs is a nice word for them - scam artists is more accurate.
