Terrible personnel

This place is a graveyard for motivational player development. I have played a lot baseball in my lifetime on the West Coast and have tried over the past two years to give this outfit the benefit of the doubt. Because of proximity, I took my son here instead of All Star Baseball Academy. Where do I begin. The so called instructors are more concerned with trying to impress all and anyone with their "so called" accomplishments in baseball rather than focusing on your kid. You never get a call back, no phone answering and no return emails. Top that with instructors in their 40's and 50's walking around with Mohawks and chewing tobacco. Granted my son wanted to play with their travel team which a parent has to handle as they spend too many late nights out, this review is legitimate. Tryouts and player development should never be conducted at this age while high fiving the regular kids who's parents pour money into their pockets while ignoring or not at least a good effort to the guys whose folks don't pour into their beer kitty. My son plays competitive AAU basketball so I know good coaching behavior and this place is lacking. I hope the new management consisting of the son of the founder of All Star cleans house and has the ability to run a business. It is a good sight but nothing replaces good mentors for your kids. Until the new regime proves itself, do yourself a favor and go to any of the All Star facilities if you want the best for your kids.
