We moved into our Weston built home in August of 2018. We worked with Dave to pick out an existing lot that he had in his inventory. The entire building process went very well. Dave and Kim met with us several times (and always responsive to emails with random questions) to go over the building plan, additional modifications and of course the selection of flooring/paint/fixtures, etc. (Kim is an excellent resource and she certainly has an eye for pulling everything together!) This was our second time building, so we had a loose idea of what to expect, but the Weston’s went above and beyond our first experience. They took pride in building our home from foundation to final details. Since we have moved in, we have reached out to Dave for tid-bits and he has always been extremely responsive and always points us in the right direction. We really appreciate the professionalism they showed throughout the building process and the continued kindness and support they have shown us since we moved in. We love our Weston Built home!

Almost one year later and I'm still beyond happy with the home they built! Weston Homes was an absolute joy to work with. Dave and Kim were so personable and caring throughout the entire process and constantly kept in contact with me. I have been in my home for almost a year now and if even the slightest issue popped up, Dave and Kim were sending someone out to my house to take a look and ensure that I was happy. Weston Homes provided me a quality home for a reasonable price and truly went above and beyond to help me build my first home, a home that I absolutely love! Thank you Weston homes for making not only the building process a pleasant experience, but also continuing to ensure the best quality home even a year after you have been done! I highly recommend them to others, you will not be disappointed in their customer service and genuine care to provide others with a forever family home!

My wife and I just recently had a home built by Dave and Kim. The experience from beginning to end was amazing. Their attention to detail and quality work has given us a home that we love and proud to call ours. Would definitely recommend them to our friends, family and anyone else looking to build a new home.

Poor quality material and workmanship. I paid a lot for upgrades that I did not receive! I would never recommend Dave Weston to anyone. He provides little to no oversight to his subcontractors and doesn't hold them accountable. The floor of my house was installed incorrectly and has buckled and pulled baseboards away from the walls. The windows look like they were installed by someone who doesn't know how to install windows. The trim on the house has such large gaps that bugs have built nests along the edges.

I regret every day that I hired Dave Weston of Weston Homes to build my house.

When I complained of the poor quality material and workmanship, Dave Weston abandoned building my house for over one month, and didn't resume work until after I filed a complaint with the Department of Professional and Occupational Regulation (DPOR) against Weston Homes, Inc. of King George, Virginia. DPOR found him in violation of several regulations.

It is hard to say enough good about Weston Homes. Our house is just as we had hoped and better , thanks to the added touches and thought put into it by Kim and Dave. Every detail is just exactly right and the "extra quality" they talk about is everywhere we look. Besides which, you will never meet nicer people. They are honest, fair, and a pleasure to meet with every step of the way. Remarkably, too, during the entire building process we were living 600 miles away but still felt that our house mattered as much to Kim and Dave as it did to us.
I could go on but will just say Thank You! They are an impressive pair and our home is wonderful.

If you're looking for an honest, affordable, reliable local builder Weston Homes is the answer.

When we set out to build our dream home, we thought we would have to spend millions to get the custom features we wanted. We were wrong! Weston was able to fulfill or wish list for fraction of the cost of other custom builders. The personal service we received made us feel like we were their only clients--even though we know were weren't. One year later, we couldn't be happier. Thank you Weston Homes!

Dave and his team were a pleasure to work with. It took Dave and his team about 6 months to build my new home but when all was said and done I was very pleased. His willingness to make me happy is something I will never forget. At first I was Dave's client but now I can call him my friend.
