This place was a serious let down. I talked to 3 people about a car they had, I was going to buy cash. The manager Edward said that if I came in with a deposit they would hold the car for me until next week when I got my settlement from an accident. I went up there yesterday, they gave me the keys, I test drove it, came back and said I want it, and when to put the deposit down. Then all of a sudden they would not take my deposit and went back on their word because another couple had looked at the vehicle right before I took it out on a drive (which they never mentioned until I wanted to buy it). So they held it for this other couple WITHOUT a deposit while I was standing there with money in hand and being lied to. Not even including the price marked on the car was $1,000 more than was listed on their site, and quite a bit over the KBB value of the car. And the car needed an alignment VERY badly, I doubt they even put it through an inspection. They told me the car was detailed and ready for the test drive when I called before I went up there and that car was filthy! I would never recommend anyone deal with these slime balls, they are liars and do not stand by their word.

THESE PEOPLE ARE NOT HONEST DEALERS!!!! About 3 days before our anniversary my husband purchased a 2004 BMW 530i from this dealership.I originally wanted the black 328 they had on the lot but the dealer sold my husband on the 530i because of his height. They very day that we got this car it immediately started giving us issues. While sitting in my driveway trying to get familiar with my new toy, the dash went crazy, lights lit up everywhere. My car had a supposed cruise control malfunction, how when I wasn't moving? We took it back and the owner ( the older guy) stated his mechanic, Freddy, who works for Garlyn Shelton BMW of Temple would take care of it. We later found out that their is no mechanic named Freddy at Garlyn Shelton of Temple . How do i know? Because my car has been at Garlyn Shelton for the past four months & it is currently there as I am typing this review. KAB kept out car for 3 weeks and when we got it back it had the exact same issue, so we took it to BMW & we still have the same issue four months later. Our car has been in the shop more than we've had a chance to drive it. This CHRISTIAN dealership took advantage of my husband who is also a soldier, so it's obvious that we are not made of money. With the down payment & the money we have put into repairing this car we are out of about $7000. Oh, and the killer part is we finally got smart & did a carfax report & found out the car had been in an accident which the dealer did not disclose! LESSON LEARNED!!!!! Buyer's Beware!!!!!
