I love this place myself and my husband was able to get approved for 2 cars less than a month Gene was our sales man and omg I can’t tell you have grateful I am he went above and beyond to make sure that we got approved for the cars that we wanted he’s customer service skills are great and I will be going here for every car that I get love love love this place everyone is awesome here!!

I recently purchased my second vehicle. First a car and now a truck. I never had any problems and they have always helped me get into Tue vehicle I wanted. I would strongly recommend Action Motors to my family and friends. Great customer service, no pressure. Thanks guys...

This is a joke of a dealership!!!

They lie, sell cars that have recall issues & they don't even have enough common sense to go online n check each vehicle b4 they sell them, 3 out of 4 vehicles that unfortunately my family members purchased all in one day have check engine lights on (not to mention the many lies told of we will fix the issues that were brought to their attention @ the time of purchase or within 24hrs of purchase), they will take the vehicle back n state they r fixing the problems but won't give u the paperwork to show the work was done & where n if it has a warranty coverage under that repair n I can answer why they don't give that paperwork out because they LIE because they don't get the repairs done they just let our vehicle sit n a shop parking lot for 3 wks n then as soon as they have the check n their hands from the banks or financing company they call u to pick up your vehicle & turn n the loaner n then refuse to give u proof of the repairs n even if u make them go on a test drive n the vehicle is running worse then when u dropped it off they will tell u that u purchased a used car n that's on u,well I could understand if u purchase a car off craigslist or an auction but when u finance a car n your paying over $18,000.00 for a car that u could sell for $1.00, they don't notify DMV properly when u trade n a car n they keep your tags but don't update the system so u get a letter from DMV/INSURANCE VERIFICATION several months later n this case over 3 months n hope your not out of town or deployed because if u don't respond within 14days with proof of trade in & proof of insurance up to the date of the transferring of the car u will b fined $350.00 plus court cost, DMV fees & fined n then required to carry a SR-22 for 3yrs not to mention your insurance premium will n can b affected for up to 7 yrs depending on how your Insurance Company underwrites for Insurance violations. Thank GOD I was not n the hospital or out of town during this time cause I could of missed the deadline to provide proof n had those things effect my ins premium n driving record not to mention the out of pocket expenses !!

I would advise everyone if u r considering this place to think again I could go on for at least 2 more hours of all the issues we've had with this dealership. But I also would encourage anyone who has had a valid issue with this dealership to file a complaint with your bank or finance company, DMV, BBB & INSURANCE COMMISSIONER !!! That's how we as consumers can get justice for companies like this who rip off their customers n they don't care they r n a large military area so the know they will have more young people to prey on.

This place is horrible. We have had nothing but troubles with our vehicle. If I could go back in time I would have never gone there. DON'T GO HERE!!!!

I recently needed a bigger vehicle. I went to Action Motors and ended up getting a truck. Rick, Robert, and Ryan went above and beyond to make sure I got into the vehicle I wanted, and within the limits I needed it to be. I traded in my old car and they gave me a fair price for. Can't say enough about the guys down there. If you need a vehicle, be sure to head down there! They make sure your treated fairly, and don't make you feel pressured.

I have been telling everyone about this place. I have never been treated this good at a used car lot, with such great deals and sharp looking cars in my life. I went to 5 diffrent car lots when I was looking for my new car. Action Motors is the only place that made me feel so comfortable about buying a car, not rushed, and most importantly the PRICE was FANTASTIC!!!! The people are so nice and willing to help me get what I want without breaking the bank. Thank you James and Ryan at Action Motors!!!!
