I made an appointment one week prior for service on my refrigerator. The appointment was made for service on a Wednesday between 9-1pm. I received a telephone call at 7am that they contacted my tenant and reschedule for 3-6pm without my permission (I requested to be the contact person). I called approximate 7 times with no return phone call UNTIL the next morning I received a text from an out of state number stating I had called "after hours". I never called after hours, I called 7 times with no return call, my tenants waited around and 6pm came and went with no telephone call from the company or the technician that he was not showing. Only the following morning I received a text! They advertise reliable, professional?? There was nothing professional or reliable. Maui is a small island and if you make an appointment then the provider should respect the customer's time and pick up the phone and notify the customer. Then I also received a call at 8:50am the following morning from the Technician (Tony) stating he was at a job until 9:30pm the previous night…absolutely unprofessional. He got my view and point this morning. I would never recommend or use this company. Also, they charge $90 for the tech to go to the house and provide a diagnostic. My diagnostic is free....do not use them.
