Really bad service and selection...and I work in customer service, so I try not to judge others too harshly because I know I've made my fair share of mistakes. These people just do not care if you get what you want.

I asked a week before a game was released if I would be able to get a copy or should I pre-order. They told me no more pre-orders but they would get plenty and I shoud just come on release day. I show up at 1630 in the afternoon and they "don't have it in yet" and I should try back later that night or the next day. Return at 1630 the next day and the girls working there tell me "oh, that game you wanted WAS in the back, we just havent put it on the shelves. But we SOLD OUT."

Same thing when I DID pre-order my Wii U. I pre-ordered months in advance, but on release day I was there when the doors opened and they did not have enough to cover all the Wii U pre-orders. I had to get a friend in california to buy one and ship it to me.

The employees do not care, The manager does not care. I will pay the shipping and order my stuff online from now on
